I clearly am not busy.

I'd cut anyone who isn't in the room with you. They sound like someone on speaker phone. Tough to listen to and honestly just hard to hear clearly. Five people is too many anyway, especially since none of you seem that comfortable or polished.
 

Actually, the guy who broke down Nate Mason at length did a really nice job. He should get to talk more.
