The problem is that the replay official is a dummy.
He was reviewing to see if Purdue recovered first?
Only now they're looking to see if it was really a fumble?
 











They confirmed a fumble. On the field they called Gopher ball, and don't have evidence to overturn. That's what he meant, I think.
 

I thought that he was down....but what do I know.
