Ugly but a lot of passion and enthusiasm (surprise, right). Some bright spots and other area of concern but the future is bright

Agree with the first two posters here. Lots to work on, but I think we have some solid ingredients. How they mesh will determine the W/L this season, but I think Fleck can build a solid base from which to work.
