Hamilton Tiger Cats hire Art Briles as assistant head coach
This is getting a lot of play north of the border and not in a positive way.
Note that the Tiger Cats' announcement completely ignores his issues at Baylor.

In other CFL news, Wolitarsky has yet to play for the Blue Bombers. Bombers are 7-2 which is probably keeping him off the field but I thought he would be in by now. Of the two Canadian receivers ahead of him, one holds for the best (and extremely idiosyncratic) kicker in the CFL and the other is having a pretty steady year. He will be in soon I expect.
