We have a good group of linebackers. Most of the other contenders do, too.
Iowa has five guys that are experienced, and three starting seniors, with Jewell being potentially the best LB in the conference. Wisconsin, even with the loss of Cichy, returns Edwards, Connelly, Orr, Dooley and others so they'll be damn good too. Nebraska, I dunno, they're shifting to a 3-4 so hard to say, but at least Newby and Young should be solid.
In the west, I would rank the LB corps:
1. Iowa
2. Wisconsin (would be #1b with Cichy)
3. Minnesota
4. Nebraska
5-7. Others
