They can't be any worse then what we have on the O-Line now.

They would be much worse at this point and would be way behind in terms of strength and technique

Excellent questions. The sure things we take out of this victory is that our offensive line and D ends need lots of work. Brewster never once in spring practices or since has said anything about our O line being good. Only that it was improved over last year and deeper. Improved and deeper for a shipwreck does not mean good.

Today proved two things. 1. We are better in the O line than last year's team. 2. Our O line still has a long ways to go before it is even marginally OK.

How long do you suppose before Garin gets in on offense and Hageman gets in anywhere?
My concern is Stommes. If he can't go next week, we are in a very large hurt.

Next week will be a real test of our coaches' abilities.

One good thing. At least through game 1, we needn't worry about finding a replacement for Jedd Fisch just yet. We may finally have some stability there 'cuz he doesn't have anywhere to go...yet. I hope that changes, though.

i thought i read somewhere that michel was going to get PT. he has the size right now.
