Per KSTP: Top U of MN athletics fundraiser violated sexual harassment policy

The activity reported in the story is clearly inappropriate. You can't make a habit of touching women at work. And if he's her supervisor, that adds another legal layer. Having said that, it seems like it seems like a good reprimand is warranted. Seeing his name thrown around in the media for this seems like an extreme punishment, despite the fact that he works for a public university.

Heard Lou ripping KSTP to Mackey and Judd over the "guilty until proven innocent" scenario and sensationalist journalism at KSTP. Mackey and Judd uncomfortably silent... till Lou gone after the break, and then they defend KSTP when Lou is long gone. Ballsy commentary, guys. Why not have an honest exchange and discussion with someone who has a differing opinion? Afraid Lou won't give you any free appetizers at his restaurant?

I have not been following this situation all that closely. And have been highly critical of a lot of things related to MC and the EOAA. But in a case like this, I just do not understand why people cannot just go to work and do their jobs. It's not that difficult. You are an adult. Getting paid to perform a function at an employer and not make others feel uncomfortable should be the least of your daily concerns.
