per Joe:

After practice, coach P.J. Fleck was asked what he saw, in general, that he liked throughout the day? Fleck's first answer of the day steered right toward No. 17.

"I like Jacob Huff," Fleck said. "All he does is make plays. This was our ninth practice, and every single play that kid has made -- an interception, he’s knocked down the ball -- his hands are around the football. He’s instinctive, he’s smart, It’s important to him.

"We talk about all four areas of life being important to you -- academically, athletically, socially, spiritually -- and all four areas are important to that kid. And he makes everybody else around him better. That’s what I loved. I loved seeing that. That makes me know that the culture continues to grow inside guys when that happens."

Go Gophers!!

The culture is growing inside Huff? Is that something he can take something for? Or is it more of a virus that just needs to run it's course?

I think ther was a Ridley Scott movie about this in 1979. It wasn't called culture though.

It will be a battle for playing time at safety. Lot of experience with two fifth year seniors, two third year guys, a wise beyond his years returning starter in Winfield. Lot of depth with four star HandyHolly and Texas Tech flip Beck coming in eight weeks. Lot of talent. Lot of "How" in this unit. Excited to see the impact from a DC we stole from the SEC, a DB coach we stole from the SEC, and a DL coach who was NFL player of the year have on the defense. We even have a former Big Ten DC serving as QC guy. The Rock has one of the best time of possession, low turnover offenses in the country. That will help the defense immensely.

Maybe he got the twins mixed up?
