L'il Help on Visiting MSP

As far as breakfast Saturday morning, I'm with you, no way 6 AM at Al's. I'm trying Blarney's Pub & Grill in Dinkeytown per suggestions on this site. But if I were you I'd grab breakfast at Ike's which is close to your hotel. Great food:

Had a long layover in the airport least week, and remembered we had had a few pops at Ike's while we waited for one of our friend's late flights on the original trip associated with this thread. Was kinda bummed it didn't have cheese curds.

Ike's seemed like a cut above the usual airport spot and was pretty good for lunch. Barely a mention in this thread-how is the downtown location in general and is that the best spot in the airport? Will use for future reference (airport nightmares and a return to see the Twins in the new crib). Goph hoops is looking great right about now, but Justin Cobbs is a decent consolation prize for lowly Cal hoops.
