Tell that to ESPN after the backlash they got for showing Michael Sam kiss his boyfriend after he got drafted, even though ESPN has shown thousands of players and coaches kiss their wives/girlfriends since they became a sports network. Those are the very people who say "Stop announcing you're gay, we dont care" and "Dont shove your sexuality in my face" They are clearly the kind of people who are still uncomfortable with homosexuality, and that is why this is news.
 


Why is this on Gopher Hole? Less than 2% of the population is gay and he is not
playing for Minnesota.

Only 6% of Minnesotans are black- should we not address racial issues as well?
