This on Sirius XM last night from Tom Lemming. Down years in all 3 States, Better than average classes in Illinois Michigan, and Indiana. Very good classes in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Outstanding QB prospects in Ohio. ( Armstrong mentioned ) One of the worst years for OL in Wisconsin, which normally has several top prospects. Top players in a small class in Iowa are on the defensive side.
Illinois with a good OL class. Michigan with a good crop of DL , especially in the Detroit area. Good skilled position players in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Mentioned two RB out of Illinois, but I was in the car and the names escape me. On the National level said the South, Southeast and Texas have very good classes.

I would agree with most of this. The upper midwest is for sure down, but Indiana and Michigan and Ohio look pretty stacked. Also idk if Missouri is considered SE but they're a lot of good players in Missouri this year.
