Why wouldn't you post RPI Rankings?
From the initial 16 teams that were released last week, RPI is kind of the most important factor.

A and B

But these teams seem fairly weak.

Because I want to see who people would select without knowing the teams' RPI. I'll add those when I post the results.

Gotta go A & B on this one. C doesn't have any bad loses like the other two but the schedule they played seems really soft.

I'll take A and B. Not particularly impressed with any of these resumes. If B or C are getting in it means the bubble is extremely weak. BTW, I like the Best 3 Wins Total stat. That's a really good measuring stick.

BTW, I like the Best 3 Wins Total stat. That's a really good measuring stick.

That's my bread & butter category when I'm really pinching to pick one team or another. And if 1 or 2 or those are true road wins, all the better. It's why I took NC State three seasons ago.

A and C. A is in for it's road record and top 100 wins. C is the other one I choose because of no bad losses. If B were to get another top 100 win it would jump C in my mind.

A is heads and shoulders above B and C and should be rewarded for scheduling a solid non-conference.

I would choose B as my second team.

A&C, although I agree with most that I don't like either B or C.

A and C.. Although a soft schedule for C, they have no bad losses.

A and C.

B is tough, they have the best win and a respectable NCSOS but those are some u-g-l-y losses. Close between B and C but give C the nod.

I know who C is, but won't disclose. Based on knowing who they are, I would take them and team A.

A for sure. B and C are a wash, but I'm going for C. B had a pile of bad losses.

Final Tallies: It's A, then B over C in a close call

I chose A & B. Like some of you, I struggled deciding between B & C for the final spot. I basically chose B because of the road win over the #20 RPI team (Saint Mary's) in the country, 3 AQ wins, and a better schedule than C.

A = 16 votes (Middle Tennessee #38 RPI)
B = 10 votes (Texas-Arlington #43 RPI)
C = 8 votes (Wichita State #48 RPI)

Middle Tennessee currently is an automatic qualifier, but if the Blue Raiders finish strong and don't lose until the semis or finals of the Conference USA Tournament, I think they'll be a viable at-large candidate.

The nice thing is MN has a better resume than all 3 of these teams unquestionably

Record: 18-7
Road Record: 4-4
Overall SOS: 20
Non-Conference SOS: 32
Record vs. RPI Top 25: 1-3
Record vs. RPI Top 50: 4-5
Record vs. RPI Top 100: 8-7
Best 3 Wins Total: 95 (@19, @ 33, vs 43)
Bad Losses: 0
Wins vs. Automatic Qualifiers: 2 (vs 76, vs 169)
Road Wins vs. RPI Top 68: 2 (@ 19, @ 33)

If I did that wrong let me know I think that was right and I plucked the numbers from cbs sports.

Looks good, but currently Gophers have two wins over (projected) automatic qualifiers, Arkansas State (76) and Mount Saint Mary's (169).

Biggest thing is their best 2 wins were true road games. Those are like gold if they end up on the bubble, and why I'm a big Purdue and Northwestern fan the rest of the way.

Boiler Up! Purdue always a solid second choice for me anyway. Good fan base and I have a friend who is an alum whose nephew played for them a few years ago. 'Cats I could live without, but if it's in our interests, I'll get behind them.
