I've been seeing this on Twitter and on wristbands the staff were wearing. Anyone know what it stands for?
 

I have no idea, but this guy's gonna get a bunch of YouTube views now.

I don't get it. That sounds like the translation from one of those fake job offers you get in the email.

It actually makes even less sense after the explaination.
 




It's all part of Gopher Talk.

He has a couple hundred phrases that he needs the team to learn. When he says it, it all means the same thing to all of them.

FAMILY = Forget about Me, I love you.

You don't need to understand it.

I may not be elite enough to appreciate this acronym. If I saw a link to that on the internet I would assume it was for people interested in doing speed and watching cat porn.
 

Sounds like something a middle schooler would come up with.
 


I feel like this guy missed his calling as a televangelist
 



This schtick - it's odd but it seems to work. His stuff completely fails in the tactics of marketing yet somehow succeeds in the full strategy.

If he wins, and I think he will...we'll all buy in like they did in Kalamazoo. But if it goes sour, it's going to fail spectacularly in the public eyes. We'll be groaning so loudly it will write the memes collectively. You can only be this Tony Robbins-ish if it works.
 

If Gophers start winning titles, the whole state will be on coke feeling HYPRR. People will wonder if a cult has taken over the entire state.

I was thinking more of "The Gazelle" ala Tony Little. I can see him up on the Gazelle with both thumbs up telling you to dial 1-800-SHTICK
