Why did they switch the game time from 8 to 4?

The radio station I work at is on the Gopher hoops radio network. according to the schedule they sent me at the start of the season, the Northern Illinois Game was always a 3:30 Pre-game/4:00 tipoff. (I know that because we had to re-schedule the Crook and Chase Country music countdown show - hey, it's small-market radio). There are a few games where the game-time has not been set yet, and a couple of games where the date hasn't been set - could be flexed between a Saturday and Sunday. I think all of that is due to the TV gods calling the shots.
