ESPN is first out of the gate:

7. Minnesota (8-4, 5-4): Minnesota had a chance to win at least nine games for the first time since 2003 but couldn't fend off Wisconsin in the battle for Paul Bunyan's Axe. The Gophers will try to reach nine wins again in the National Funding Holiday Bowl against Washington State.

I wouldn't argue with this. One and two are better, but not by leaps and bounds.
Three through seven are bunched, a slight drop-off through nine. 10 through 14 were not good this year.
