I know nothing about NJIT this year, but I caught one of their games live while I was on vacation last year, and their coach was the calmest D-1 coach I have ever seen on a sideline. He successfully coached the team without screaming (granted, it was small arena, but it was filled and pretty noisy). I'll be curious to see his demeanor tomorrow night.
