USC -Washington may be interesting. Penn St may run into some trouble at IU although I hope not from a Gopher perspective. Not a lot otherwise that interests me this week except our own tussle.

Wow...Duke is just about to knock out UNC, the cheating bastards.

Total headshot by an ASU player on a Utah RB. Not even the thought of a flag.

****ing sick of it.

And then the same ASU player hits the QB in the head just after he steps out of bounds, and no call.

I saw them both and didn't think targeting calls were warranted. I had a bigger problem with the dude's celebration - they gave up a 15 yard run for a first town to their own 30 and he's running around the field like he just won the super bowl. I think Utah scored the very next play.

I'll disagree. Here are the two incidents I was talking about.

Sorry for the crappy quality, but shooting a TV screen is suboptimal:

BC has racked up an impressive 84 yards vs 231 for FSU with 7 minutes left in the 3rd Q.

FSU up 21-0 in a snore-a-thon.

Purdue was up 10-0 on Northwestern then threw an interception at their own 30 or so. NW scores and stops any momentum Purdue had.

Indiana giving Penn St a game. Wouldn't be surprised to see Indiana win and get bowl eligible saving their coaches for another year. Granted, knowing Indiana, they are more likely to blow it in the last minute on a pick 6...

LOL...yup, pretty much. Did you see their blocker touch a punt inside their own 5? D'oh! Now 14-7 PSU, although IU just got a pick and is driving...

Penn State is the Number 10 ranked team in the country. Just let that soak in for a minute...

Yet had we beat them, and we were 8-1, we would NOT be anywhere near #10. We'd be like #20...

Indiana blows a 10 point lead and now trail 28-24 midway through 4th.

Indiana drives right down and takes the lead back. Entertaining game.

And that would have been the correct spot for us to be ranked in that scenario because as someone else pointed out we wouldn't have had a win against a top 5 team on our resume and out of those 8 wins we would only have beaten one team with w winning record.

Looking at the other Big Ten games....Penn State pulled away late....Purdue played good early again and got steamrolled in the second half as they have in most of their games this season....Rutgers got nearly shut out again, they scored a few points on us and Indiana but everyone else has dominated them in conference. Michigan State had to be relieve that they won't go winless in conference play this year.

Yeah, starting to look like Wisconsin might be able to name their score in this one. Ohio State up 14 already as well.

Anybody watching Ohio State/Maryland? Those all red Maryland uniforms are painful to look at.

Pittsburgh and Clemson has been a fun game so far. Back and forth...
