A trio of Bulldogs led the Fresno State women's basketball team past Nevada 68-54 on Saturday afternoon at the Save Mart Center.

With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 11-8 overall, 4-4 in Mountain West play as they snapped a two-game losing skid. The 'Dogs were led in scoring by a season-high 21 points from redshirt sophomore guard Tory Jacobs who went 7-of-14 from the field and sank a season-best six free throws. The Minnesota transfer added four assists and a season-high four steals in 39 minutes of action.

After Smith grabbed a defensive rebound and was called for an offensive foul, Smith was elbowed in the face by Jacobs and left the game with a bloody nose. Play stopped with 22.8 seconds left as staff cleaned the floor and officials reviewed video of the foul. After video review, officials assessed a flagrant two on Jacobs and ejected her, and Ramos hit both technical free throws to put San Jose State up 72-65.
