At that position, in my opinion anyway, a decade of pounding is enough, get out with your health.
I hope the rest of his life is as good as his football career has been. Great rep for the U.

Seriously that long and it's time to retire just for health reasons.
 

Always respected him for sticking with the 2006 team despite playing 4 games with a separated shoulder. Got the Gophs to a .500 and a bowl.
