Why did he need a loaded assault weapon? If you're nice to the girls and pay them $20 they'll dance for you, no threats of mass carnage necessary.

My guess is an overhaul of the law wouldn't have stopped Appling from obtaining an AK 47. funny thing most shootings involve an illegally obtained gun, changing the law wasn't going to prevent someone from breaking it in the first place.

If I'm bringing a weapon in public, it's a bazooka. AK-47...psh that's soft.
