Joel Stave UDFA'd with the Vikings as well, thought that spot was being reserved for Leidner next year?

He was a really solid safety and held the banged up secondary together along with Murray. I hope he can catch on with a team. I wonder if the lack of height and speed will be a factor though.

Hopefully he turns out to be one of those late bloomers. Kid has all the physical tools to succeed in the NFL but his game hasn't been there to this point.

He could surprise as a specialist, he really blossomed when the oline had to worry about Shede, couldn't hack it as the go to guy. Hope it works out for him
 



Always played hard. Class act. Best of luck to him. Probably not the most natural football player.
