The B1G steps up; although I'd prefer that Wittchow, who pulled the same crap almost exactly one year ago against the Gophers, be dumped into the center of Lake Mendota-wearing skates.
The Big Ten Conference announced suspensions for University of Wisconsin hockey players Aidan Cavallini and Eddie Wittchow on Monday.
Wittchow was suspended three games while Cavallini was suspended one game. Both suspensions will start on Friday when Wisconsin hosts Alaska
