If the WCHA didn't break up in the face of B1G Conference, where would this year's Gophers squad be in the conference and national standings rankings?

Eh. No use in playing the what-if game. I say that in the long-run big ten hockey will be much better than any hypothetical future WCHA. I never liked how Minnesota, Michigan State, Michigan, and so on subsidized Bemidji, Duluth, Ferris State, Mankato, Bowling Green hockey programs.
