Here's just a few notes from Pitino's post game interview with Spencer and Mike Grimm:
• Give them credit, they were the tougher team
• It's really hard to play, with Bakary, with foul trouble and post presence. That's where we miss Mo.
• We've got a lot to work on and clean up, it's good to be able to go home and work on it, it's hard to work in these things in tournaments in hotels
• I thought our zone was bothering them in the 1st half, they had a couple wacky turnovers. The fouls are really hurting our aggressiveness.
• On fouls - Gotta watch. Maybe it's our positioning, we're not pressing as much, we're not as aggressive. We talked about it all off season, there's going to be a million fouls, and there has been.
• On Thanksgiving - gotta come back to work, take tomorrow off to rest, 3 games in 4 days is a lot. They were all hard fought battles, keep focused on the fundamentals.
