I see Purchasing Services issued a Design/Build services RFP for the hockey locker room renovation. Work would start in April and finish before September 2016. Budget is $2,970,00.

This is listed as phase I.

The other phases (separate from this project) are to be accomplished as funds become available. Those phases are:
Office and strength training renovation:
M club
Ice sheet renovation

Reducing the ice sheet was proposed last year. This is an article from May 2014.

The university is considering an $8 million renovation of Mariucci that could potentially include a smaller ice sheet, better sight lines and increased seating.

The proposal, which was requested by the university Board of Regents, is separate from the $190 million master facilities plan the athletic department released last summer
