After the recruiting news, I am pretty excited about actually seeing some basketball again. If we could have a good year on the court (back in the tournament?) to sell along with our hyped 2016 class, that could be some good ammunition to have on the recruiting trail for 2017.

When does basketball practice start?

The rules now say 42 days before the first game. I assume that goes to the first game that counts - November 15th. So practice should start this week? Meanwhile- is there a public scrimmage planned?

The family medical transfer exception is no more so the wheel, unless a school is sanctioned, doesn't exist anymore i don't think.
 

Pitino told Marcus, if he had to name a starting lineup today it would be:

Mason
Morris
Buggs
King
Konate

Pitino also said alot if things can happen between now and the start of the season.

As a soph, Andre was a good scorer but a poor point guard. I hope Nate is a better point guard even if he's a lesser scorer.
 



I think we'll see lots of trio guards too, triggered by Mason and Dorsey, often with a quasi 2 PG offense. But, I hope such a formulation is rated X for exceptional.
