Me and my fraternity - Probably tailgating at Floco and in Dinkytown. (Fraternity houses have to be visibly dry during the first 2 weeks)
 

2 - planning on hitting Surly before the game. Go Gophers!

I think if you're on the 50-yard line at 11:04pm, you might find yourself in handcuffs. I bet it doesn't get over until 11:30.
