What's the 4/5-story building in the background? That would be a great place to set up a video recorder/stake-out. Any of the tenants sign their lease as B. Alvarez?

The apartment complex is called Northstar. I lived on the penthouse level my senior year Fall of 09. Had a blast watching practices, but hard to follow everything from that distance.

I paid $700 for a tiny shoebox. I'm afraid to know the rate now. Parking not included.

I have to say ouch, particularly at 2009 recession period prices....and no parking. :p
