Teague on new salary for Kill: "We're always talking about it"

The Gophers' Jerry Kill was the Big Ten football coach of the year, yet his salary of $2.1 million ranks 10th in the conference. Minnesota athletics director Norwood Teague was asked last week if there might be another salary adjustment coming for Kill.

"We're always talking about it -- we haven't done anything right now," Teague said. "But we're always talking about what we want to do and how we want to do it."

In fairness though at least half of that time is tied up in Barreiro asking one of his super long questions. Takes that guy for friggin ever to get a question out because he is so in love with the sound of his own voice.
 





Coach Kill is pretty busy at the moment with the facilities upgrade. A pay raise is secondary, and if it comes to that the priority are his coaches.
