Get it done tonight, boys. Leave no doubt about your tournament status.

Looks more full than yesterday. Still not packed, but probably over 10k

Minnesota just clinch a spot in the ncaa. Thank to BU winning hockey east.

Sides looks pretty full, even if the ends weren't. Curious to see ticket sales.

Nice to get the win!
They played a very good game tonight. On the road, in a hostile rink. Hope they can carry it into the playoffs now !

Now the waiting game to see what regional the gophers get placed in. Will be interesting to see how that plays out

Anybody else hoping to draw NoDak right out of the gate? Gonna have to go through them eventually, might as well get it over with. At the moment we have a hot goalie and our guys are as confident as they've been all year. To be the best ya gotta beat the best.

I'm hoping we draw them. They are coming in cold (having lost 5-1 today), we're coming in hot.

If we do get North Dakota, it won't be until the Regional Finals if at all. Minnesota will end up a 3 seed. North Dakota will be a 1 seed.

I am also hearing the committee leaking that their matchups are going to surprise some people, suggesting maybe the bracketolotists got it wrong.

Rumor now is that we will be going to Fargo to NoDak's regional, and that that is where the bracketology guy got it wrong. Should find out soon enough..

FYI, the box score listed the attendance at 6355.

For comparison, there were 7333 at the Penn St vs. Michigan first round game last year in St. Paul. Hell, there was only an announced crowd of 6324 at the Michigan-Michigan St game the other night in Detroit. Ridiculous.

Ew. Well I was entirely wrong.

Way to go, state of Michigan.
