Jamel Harbison Moved to RB at Mars Hill

Was doing my voting for the Division II All-Super Region 2 Team this morning and noticed a familiar name on the ballot at running back. Wasn't aware until today but Jamel Harbison was moved to RB at Mars Hill and put together a pretty nice season. It looks like he made the switch after Week Two so in just 8 games he put up 1,204 yards and nine touchdowns. I was trying to keep an eye on him and was a little disappointed when I saw he wasn't doing a whole lot in the passing game but now I see why. Obviously things were pretty disappointing for him here but it's nice to see that he has bounced back at MHU.

Maybe this will give everybody here a reason to pay a little attention to DII football (other than for the Florida Tech Panthers obviously )

Yes, football actually exists outside of DI and I've come to find that DII ball is actually pretty exciting (although I'll admit that I'm biased).

Coulda woulda shoulda ... Jamel and Andre M. could have made a big impact this year.
