I hope Richard is listening to Dad. Excellent advice from Rick.

The profession is not overrun with humble people. The ones who are are the notable exception. Definitely good advice from the old man.

How many successful coaches at the highest levels are the least bit humble? There seems to be a high degree of arrogance required to do what they do, and do well.
