A game this big needs an in-game thread open with more than 24 hours before kickoff. It's hard to believe we've progressed to the point where we are legitimately in the BT West race. A ton of hard work lies again, but why not us?! I'm really happy for the lucky fans making the trek to Lincoln! Enjoy the experience and cheer them on to victory.
 

Can anyone break down Nebraska's defense? I know Gregory gets a lot of publicity, do they have any other big time players?
 








I anticipate that they can't handle the amount of Cobb were gonna be feeding these busters.
 

I went to this game the last three years but was unable to make it to Lincoln this year. I will be rooting from my living room just about halfway between Minneapolis and Lincoln. I am good friends with several Huskers fans and we kind of stick together in a sea of Hawkeye fans where we live. This is a game that I look forward to every year now. Time to go out and impose our will on the road.

Honestly this game feels a lot like the the Michigan game to me:

-Opponent with a coach on the hotseat
-A college football "Blue Chip" program that has fallen a couple of notches.
-On the road in a location where we haven't won in long time.
-A fan base ready to turn on the team.
-Gophers around 10 point underdogs on the road (I think we were 9.5 pt underdogs at Mich)

Let's do the same thing we did against Michigan and get a win!
 

I'll be watching from a rinky dink bar in Warrens, Wisconsin. Wish me luck and If I don't post again today or tomorrow send help.
 

Last year we caught Nebraska off-guard by using a brand new Offense against them... this year we won't have that luxury & are on the road. I'm not expecting a Win even though I believe we *COULD* pull off the upset. I don't know why but Wisconsin has PWND Nebraska since they came in the Big Ten so I'm not paying much attention to last weeks score.

The game comes down to Mitch honestly... Defense will be Defense & should hold Nebraska to under 30 but it's about whether we can respectfully keep their Defense honest...
 

Great national exposure with this game today, hope we represent! Similar to last week, we are the most compelling game nationally at the 11:00 am time slot. Common Mitch, let's see the same game we saw against Iowa and Michigan.
