Greatest Play of the Year?

Myrick punt return versus Northwestern gets it for me. But I have a feeling something in the next six games will overtake it.

Cedric Thompson's second INT to seal the Purdue win. One of the best plays I've seen a Gopher make in person.

Thompson's game-clinching interception. It's been awhile since I literally jumped in the air.

So much happies.

Myrick TD. Could just feel the stadium decibel level rise and feel the elation from fans after being screwed over. Made it all the better. Plus from my seats, I could see the lane open and saw him hit it. It was glorious

Offensively, yes, the KJ Maye TD dive was outstanding!

Defensively, yes, that 2nd Cedric Thompson Jr. INT v. Purdue was great!

Special Teams wise, the Myrcik Kickoff TD Return was awesome!

They were all probably the best plays so far this year for their respective units.

Offensively, the one-handed catch by Maxx Williams! (not Mitch, or Matt, or Mike..)

With that change I agree with Mr.Bigelow.

My wife is a Michigan Alum and so it's De'Vondre Campbell's Pick 6!

Former San Francisco Giants 3rd Baseman and present manager of the Washington Nationals. He is NOT the Gopher TE who made that great catch.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

If we were all calling him Dos Equis, these mistakes wouldn't happen ;)

i don't know i went pretty crazy when Santoso hit that field goal...never thought a field goal would stick out so much.

Don't forget Maxx's one handed catch, was it against NW?

I am setting myself up to be crushed by the board, but here goes:

I love me some Maxx, but it seems like he's missed on some key blocks this year and has made some bonehead penalties. Fair or not fair to say that?

Someone please photoshop that picture of Maxx with wings and make his cleats as huge talons gripping a "boy on a barn" with blood all over. Have the waist in his talons and his body in his beak dripping blood....

/emo rant.

For me, it has to be that run in overtime where Cobb broke three tackles and scored from 20 yards out to win the game after Wisconsin had hit a field goal in their turn. The axe and a division title all wrapped up in one outstanding play. How can you beat that?

K J Maye leap into end zone against Purdue?

Watching this play again, the best part about it is that Cobb was wide open for a dump off screen pass if nothing was open down field. Purdue was completely thrown off and went to the opposite side of the field. He probably would have broke it for a touchdown as well. Just a well designed play. KJ's leap was the cherry on top.
