Cool Chairs with Block M.

John Miller, of Blaine, built these two adirondack chairs out of cedar wood. At the base of each chair is a “Block M” in honor of the University of Minnesota, which is the alma mater of his wife and the school his two oldest daughters currently attend. The chairs will be auctioned off at a Sept. 27 fundraiser to support the family of Scott Patrick, the Mendota Heights police officer who was killed in the line of duty.

I was going to make a comment that they were really ugly to try and scare off potential bidders, but it looks like the auction already happened.

The guy should license that design for other schools and make a killing. Those are really cool.
