Jonathan Nwankwo Commits To Gophers!! Breaks News On GopherHole!!

The Gophers added a big piece to the 2015 basketball recruiting class with the commitment of 6-9, 245lb power forward, Jonathan Nwankwo. Nwankwo, who has been posting on GopherHole’s message boards and putting pictures up throughout his official visit this weekend posted this on Friday night:
“I wanted you guys to know before anyone post it on twitter. As I just told coach Pitino, "I'm in!" Let's bring a chip to the U. And I give you my word, I'll work my hardest and do my best because that's what you guys deserve. I want you to know that your passion for the team helped make this an easy decision. I'll see you guys at the football game tomorrow when we smash middle Tennessee!”
Nwankwo is the third commit for the Gophers 2015 class, and will provide a big body in the middle and an “attack the basket” type of mentality. Nwankwo chose Minnesota over offers from Boston College, Seton Hall, Tennessee and many others.
