I'm about to hit the the hay before the trip back for the opener. Put the order in at Von Hansen's for a few racks of lamb. Rub them down in butter and throw them on the grill. We will serve them over French lentils sautéed in Sangiovese. Grilled vegetables and roasted fingerlings on the side. Should be a good day.
