I noticed back in 2011-2012 that the stuff that Minnesota Gophers youtube channel was producing was pretty darn good. Very entertaining stuff. Perhaps it is just me but the similar material since then has been going down hill (in my opinion, at least).

Check out the site's only video to date, recognizing the Gopher's advancement to the Frozen Four this past weekend:

Fun, and enjoyable. However, not exactly up to the same standard as this following video which was published on the day the Gophers last advanced to the Frozen Four in 2012 (and since has aquired nearly 78,000 views)...

I miss the "good old days" of 2012 where nearly every Gopher hockey victory was followed by an entertaining youtube video set to music on the Minnesota Gophers channel. I loved the "brick by brick" series for football, but the hockey videos just aren't what they used to be.

I've noticed that as well. It's also growing increasingly difficult to find highlights after games, which sucks for us out-of-towners. There are no highlights on gophersports for either RMU or JBSU.

Found a few videos, but no highlight packages. Wonder why the U has been so good with football and basketball and starting to suck at promoting hockey. That's their bread and butter.

Ahhh, here you go:
