Noon - Women's Track & Cross Country
12:30 p.m. - Women's Basketball
1 p.m. - Baseball

3:30 p.m. - Alumni Band

Wednesday, August 28
10 a.m. - Alumni Band
10:30 a.m. - Women's Hockey
11 a.m. - Women's Golf
11:30 a.m. - Men's Track & Field
Noon - Men's Tennis
12:30 p.m. - Men's Basketball
1 p.m.-Gopher Trivia
1:30 p.m. - Softball

I wonder if the old marketing block is kicking in again. It seems like Thursday would be a great day to have the band march around along with a bunch of people handing out discounted ticket coupons, tickets, etc...

I suppose it costs $437,800 to bus them over to Falcon Heights, or something like that.

The band plays on Sunday the 1st. Much bigger crowd than Thursday.

We don't utilize the band enough. We use to have a Gopher Day at the Plaza and band would march down Nicolett Ave. Woody is starting to get on my nerves.
1. The State Fair parking fiasco
2. The f-ing billboard
3. The Spring Scrimmage and no concession stands open; one exit stairs
on the field to get off after it was over ( finally a fan ripped of the crime scene tape on the other exit stairs)
4. No promotional material whatsoever on the season.
5. And dick on the UNLV opener
I beginning to think the guy is lost in regards to football.

Also if the band was at the fair on Thursday, with the game Thursday night that would be a long day.

This sounds like an excuse from the admin. It should be a full day on the home opener.
