• Gophers football coach Jerry Kill on how many recruits the team can sign for the 2015 class. “We have quite a few seniors, so we’re going to be probably right about 23, which is a good thing,” he said. “We’re trying to get those classes balanced out. This next recruiting class will be our fourth, and we try to get them balanced out to where we don’t have too many numbers in one position. We’re one year away from that, but 23 is a good number to work with.”

can definitely see why he said big... 6'6" and 290-295.. I'm always a fan of bringing in OL early in the class and keeping them committed, especially when they seem to have been great ambassadors for recruiting other players in years past

• Bronson Dovich, the Chaska offensive tackle who committed to Kill and the Gophers recently, told GopherHole.com he’s happy to have signed with the Gophers because now he can just focus on playing his senior season. “Before I had an offer, I was really trying to check out a few places,” he said. “Minnesota wasn’t showing too much interest, but after the Rivals camp they started to show me more interest and offered me. I knew that was the place for me. When I heard they were getting interested in me, I knew that this was the place that I wanted to be.”

Off the top of my head, Olsons, Leidners, Rallis, Ekpes, McAvoys, and 3 Tow-Arnetts. Barbers are pushing being over a decade ago.
