Gophers sprint to 12-0 lead but are down by 9 with 10 minutes left. Freshman Rick Rickert is sensational, scoring 28 points and leading the winning rally. Minnesota gets 14 points out of a transfer guard from Chicago. He could be terrific some nights and awful the next. Can you name him?

I second Kerwin Fleming. Had some great games but also some of the most boneheaded plays in the history of the program (e.g. layups down three with four seconds to go).
