Does anyone know if they ever worked out the in stadium radio delay? Do you still need to buy a headset? Is it broadcast over an alternate frequency like the sound at Vali Hi drive in?

Also, does anyone know if you can stream games over Comcast or a Big Ten to Go app?

You can get it on a standard FM radio. It's broadcast on 100.3 FM without the delay. The pregame show starts at 9:00.
