Can we turn off the auto-play political ads, please?

We shouldn't have to be subjected to this every time we refresh the page, especially if we have donated to the site.

I get absolutely no advertisements on GopherHole. Did you donate enough to qualify for the no-ads feature?
 


I would take them over the non-stop Asian dating sites I get.

At work. Do not have Google Chrome. Have no administrator privileges, thus no ability to download anything. No choice or say whatsoever in programs available on my computer. Wouldn't download Google Chrome even if I had option to do so. Shouldn't have to use certain browsers to avoid obnoxious political ads playing audio automatically.
