NAIA school unveils the nation’s most original (hideous) football field

I saw that and thought what will Oregon, or Boise State do?

I hope it is a practice field. If it is a game field someone should be hung by their thumbs.

edit: Just read the article. Game field. yikes.

Not again...

I think this one at University of Central Arkansas takes the cake for the worst field.

I love college football and the whole game day atmosphere at the stadium. But if I was forced to stare at something like that, I would seriously consider dropping my season tickets. The student-athletes might think a field like that is cool, but I can't believe it sells tickets.

These strangely colored fields are getting out of hand. Perhaps the fad will die out as more schools do it. I just hope the Big Ten doesn't do it.

I actually kind of like it. Get used to it. We will be seeing more of this kind of thing.

Unfortunately, I agree. Adapt or die. This is a big attraction.

I disagree, this smells like a fad to me.
