Not sure if any of you have ever used a web archive before, but it's really cool, you can go back to all sorts of websites and read old (by Internet standards) news and sports articles or message board posts and whatnot.
Here's an article recapping our 1999 game against Wisconsin in the Dome (which was apparently filled with Sconny fans according to the article). A lot of us look back at the Michigan game in 2003 as the time when we were about to take the next step, go to a Rose Bowl, and become nationally relevant again, but in fact, if we had won this game, we would have been 6-2 in conference in a 4-way tie with Wisconsin, Michigan, and Michigan State, who all finished the season in the top 10, which would have earned us a Rose Bowl bid.
I've also used this archive to look at posts on Gopherhole from the 1990's, including from the 1996-97 basketball season. There's all sorts of things to look at on there, it goes from 1996 to the present.
