Hello, Mr. Emmert. Does this rise to a lack of instituional control? Mr. Delayne would you like to comment? This is more than outrageous. It demonstrates a nearly 10 year coverup, and no one did a thing. Grant Spanier you need to step down. The NCAA needs to send a message, the Big 10 does as well. This is unacceptable, it criminal, and it will not be tolerated. I would suggest at least 15 years probation. No TV for 10. No Bowl participation for 15. And after 15 years review it. If the Big 10 wants to rescind Penn State's membership I good with that as well. This is so aggregious, it deserves all I have suggested and more.

Again, none of this has anything to do with anything that falls under the NCAA scope. At all.
