One of Ohio’s hottest prospects looks to be Jibreel Black out of Cincinnati (Ohio) Wyoming High School. Who is now onboard with a scholarship offer? We get the latest news.
“I picked up a new offer today,” Jibrell Black said by phone on Thursday night. “Minnesota has now offered me a scholarship.”
With five scholarship offers in hand, Black was a little surprised by his newest one.
“I’ve really not received anything from them in the past or heard any talk they even knew who I was. When I called the coaches and they told me they were offering me a scholarship, they said after watching five plays on my highlight they were ready to offer.”
For Black his scholarship offer list now contains the following programs. Cincinnati, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Minnesota, with more sure to come in the coming weeks and months as more college coaches see his on field abilities.
