If the Gophers lose tonight and Illinois loses tomorrow. Illinois will have 14 losses where Minnesota will have 1 less loss and the head to head win at Illinois. Someone will throw out more top 50 wins, SOS or RPI but common sense 14 losses means you lost a lot of games probably to a lot of bad teams too. Steve Lavin made it sound like there is no way they won't get in. What is impressive with 19-14?

They are in, Clemson, Vanderbilt, Michigan St, and Wisconsin twice. That is five significant wins. Gophers have to get to the title game now.

Disagree.....Gophers still have to win 1 and maybe 2, just like at the beginning of the tourney. With a win tonight their resume will be hand in hand with ILL.

Twitter - GophersNow: 'Don't think NW upseting Purdue helps Gophers at all if they get past Michigan St. That surely would mean B10 tourney title or bust on NCAAs.'

I don't agree.
