Oh, gotcha. I think people are bringing up the MN talent playing for the gophers talk not because people think that MN has great talent, but because we're one of the few states that doesn't have multiple d1 teams to fight for recruits.

1. Kevin Noreen 6'10" MN Transitions - to BC
2. Trevor Gruis 6'8" Ellsworth - to SoDak
3. Dyami Starks 6'2" Duluth East - to Columbia
4. Jake Thomas 6'3" Col Hgts - to LBSU (Monson)
5. Marshall Bjorkland 6'6" Sibley East (Arlington) - to NDSU

Should we hold out hope that Noreen follows Dan Coleman's footsteps to BC and winds up at MN? I have never seen him play but he has nice numbers and height. Is he similar to Leuer?
 

What a weak final 5 for Mr. Basketball. The difference between the past few years of classes and this year is palpable.

4 of the final 5 *maybe* would have made the Final 25 list last year.
 

How many of those players even got a Minn offer? Maybe half? Im guessing there is a reason a couple of these recruits went to Wofford etc. Probably because they didnt have Minn offers.
 

I'm not sure why Dahlmann decided on Wofford - but I believe he recruited Cameron Rundles to transfer to Wofford and I believe Rundles got Diggs to transfer there as well. None of them got MN offers IIRC.
