Frustrating player. Clearly a ton of talent but catches injuries.
Ultimate blue balls to slam a HR and then immediately get injured on your next at-bat.
That's a shame. Timberwolves have to win those games at the top of the division. They could very easily find themselves dropping from #1 to #4 in the West if they aren't careful.
Vikings might be looking at a shifting of power in the division. We have had it good for quite a while...
I can't really be mad at Detroit. First home playoff game in 30+ years? Fine, let 'em win 1 or 2. Rams already went the distance recently, so they can go home.
Just learned about this over the weekend. Free 7-part documentary series on the Vikings. Popping up on a lot of Top 10 Films and Top 10 Documentaries for 2023.
At least according to this site: https://mcubed.net/ncaaf/bowls/strkawin.shtml
We are top 10 all time for win streak. And currently #2 behind Alabama for active win streak.
Correct. People take advantage of systems every single day. It's hard to find success, so people will jump at the chance to get ahead above all else. The kids are no different than most adults in corporate America.
Hard copy for everything fiction. Kindle for everything learning/self-improvement.
When I read books on programming, it's always on Kindle. The ability to make notes/highlight, immediately look up definitions, etc...Can't be beat. But I will always appreciate my physical copies.
One of the worst seasons of Gopher football I've seen since starting in 2010. Even those early Kill seasons were better because it felt like we were getting better little-by-little. This was just boring and painful.
I've only been checking in to this thread...Had other things to do today. Sounds like I made the right choice. I hope I can be excited on game days again in the near future.
